Oleta’s Wine Sap Apple Cake

  • 1 pkg. Butter scotch chips
  • 2c. sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 c. walnuts or pecans (1 c. coconut, optional)
  • 1 t soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 c. diced apples (fine) (4 or 5 apples)

Mix, fold in apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or 12 1/2″ x 9″ pan. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
