- 3 lbs. walnuts in hull
- 2 lbs. pecans in hull
- 1 box white raisins
- 2 large cans angle cans coconut
- 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
- 1 large box vanilla wafers
- 1/2 lbs. red candied cherries
- 1/2 lbs. green candied cherries
- 1 container candied pineapple
Mix milk & crumbled waffers let stand 30 minutes. Then mix all other ingredients with hands. Pack into container. (Can be frozen)
A few notes: I believe this has to be cooked. Most recipes indicate about 325 degrees F for about an hour. Also, the cans of coconut I believe must refer to flaked coconut, like this:
