Aunt Vera’s Caramel Pie

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • Whipped Topping
  • 1 Egg

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add milk + egg to creamed mixture. Cook until thick. Cool and add vanilla. Pour into baked pie pastry shell and cool. Spread whipped topping.
