Aunt Vera’s Caramel Pie
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked pie shell
- Whipped Topping
- 1 Egg
Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add milk + egg to creamed mixture. Cook until thick. Cool and add vanilla. Pour into baked pie pastry shell and cool. Spread whipped topping.
